Here are the August What to Wear Style Guides. I love the mom and me outfits! I have so many cute ideas for them it's not even funny. What's so great about these outfit ideas? I should start by saying that they are modern but casual, which makes them very versatile! They can fit almost any personality and almost any type of shoot. It doesn't matter if you like outdoor portraits or indoor studio style, these outfits would go well with anthing.

Notice how in the fanily style guide the mom and daughter compliment eachother in colors? And the brother and dad outfits also compliment, but add another color and dimension to the ensembles. Add a few cute accessories and props and you are all set!

The mom and daughter outfits are perfect because I can picture almost any little girl wearing that top. Its nice that they "go together" without being to "matchy-matchy". The accessories really bring it all together in the most perfect of ways. Can't you already picture a cute little girl with that hat on playing in a tall grass with mom? I can ;)

(As a side note, flats go well for any photoshoot, they make it easy for you to move around and be comfortable!)
