Caitlyn, an Oak Mountain Senior
Caitlyn is really a special girl! She is absolutely stunning! I knew we were going to do something really cool with this senior session.
Caitlyn has an Aunt that lives in Sylcagua, AL. She sent me some images of her Aunts property and asked if we could shoot there. Let me think for a moment, beautiful fields, and maybe a rock quarry…. Sign me up! So off to Sylacagua we went!
When we arrived Caitlyn had a ton of clothing laid out and outfit ideas. We also brought some clothing from one of our vendor partners just in case. We had a photo shoot from a jewelry company for inspiration at the rock quarry and really tried to stick to the feel of that shoot. When we got to the quarry I saw that there was a beautiful blue lake in the background, and I knew these were going to pop and be amazing!
After the rock quarry, we headed over to the farm. Caitlyn’s Aunt had a gorgeous gold chair that we thought would really look awesome in the field with the gold flowers! We pulled it all together with a cute romper that made the gold pop and amazing hair and makeup by our own Leigh Whitehead.
I love shooting things that are a little bit outside the box, and this session was just that. It was topped off by great style and an awesome location. I really enjoyed shooting this senior and can’t wait to show her the images!
