Fair Trade Products - Cigar Ashtrays

I love when I come across some interesting products. Recently we've been shooting a lot for a bunch of Amazon sellers here in Alabama. One of the products that they brought to us were these fair trade handcrafted ashtrays. Of course we did the necessary shots that Amazon needs for the primary listing. The product on 255 white. We also did all the detail shots that a buyer would potentially want to see. In this case, there are several ashtrays that have similar characteristics, the difference is how many cigars each ashtray can hold and the shape of the ashtray. 

Once the necessary shots were done, we also took some lifestyle shots. Lifestyle shots invoke a feeling to the viewer. They tell a story. They let you imagine what it would be like to you use this product. In this case I envision people that would purchase cigar ashtrays to be a real mans man. The kind of person that might also drink whiskey, play poker, and hang out. Of course there are many other types of people as well that would buy Cigar Ashtrays, but those are just some of the things that come to mind. The whole point of these lifestyle photos is to allow the person viewing them to imagine themselves with this product. Their reality of how they would use it might be different, but this has given them an idea. Below you will find a few of the shots we did for this particular seller.
