Hot Makeup Looks for Teens!

Our favorite season is just around the corner- that's right! Summer! We are all ready to get out of the cold weather and get some heat! With changing of seasons comes the changing of styles! Goodbye dark colors, hello pastels! 

Pastel and neon colors are definitely summer colors! so spice up you wardrobe with some color for the summer!  A popular makeup trend that has been going around that is perfect summer are cat eyes, or winged eyeliner. It can be as dramatic or minimalistic as you want, though I highly recommend that you stay away from the Amy Winehouse look. With that eyeliner, you can also add a little color to your eyes to compliment your colorful summer outfit! 

Lets talk bright lipstick! Bright lipstick is a popular trend going on right now and I love it! You can highlight your lips beautifully by doing minimal makeup and colorful lips! However, make sure to keep your lips hydrated in the summer heat! Doing bold lips can be tricky with dry lips!

Under eyeliner is also very hot right now! Adding a hint of bright colors under your eye for bottom liner is so cute! Make sure its not too thick, just a thin little line of color is all your need; those bright colors stand out plenty, trust me! Another look that I am totally in love with is the nude makeup look! Where is doesn't necessarily look like your wearing makeup, but you have that beautiful pink glow as if you do. All you need for that look is foundation, powder, some light blush (most likely pink or a light peach), a light pink-ish eye shadow, a pinch of macara, and some nude lipstick with a hint of pink. This look will make you look fresh and flawless without giving you the look of heavy makeup! If you want to make you look even more natural, choose a blush, eyeshadow, and a lipstick that are closer to your skin tone! Either way you can't go wrong!

The last makeup look I am obsessing over right now is the dark eyes and nude lips look. I love this look! Use nude or flesh oclored eyeshadow as a base and then use a black or dark brown liner and lightly line the top and bottom of your eye. Don't go too heavy with liner, do a very thin line. I reccommend that you use a sharp eyeliner pencil to complete this look. Then add a dark eyeshadow color that matches your liner in your creases to contour and then top it all off with some  lash volumizing mascara! The second part of this look is the nude lips! You can use a nude lipstick and then over that use a clear lipgloss over that to give your lips a little shine!
