How to "Pinterest" Your Senior Photo Outfit
Although graduation is months away and you or your child have plenty of time to do all of that end-of-year stuff, there is one exception—senior photos.
The time is now to start planning and booking your senior photo. You never know when the yearbook will come clamoring for it, and you will definitely want to include that beautiful photo in the graduation announcements.

- Don't shy away from bold, busy patterns. Usually people say to stick with solid colors in portrait photography, but a patterned ensemble offers an opportunity to really show off your personality.
- Have fun with your photo shoot, and wear an equally fun outfit to match the vibe. Gone are the days of stiff, posed photos. If your signature is wearing polka dots, go for it.
- Give your outfit a little bit of edge, if it fits who you are. Wear the artistic T-shirt and leather, and you'll feel more like yourself.
- Play with bright color combinations, like yellow and blue, to really stand out.
- Think about your accessories. Rock the one-of-a-kind necklace you love or a hat that gives your outfit a touch of whimsy. Those are the items that make you you.
Basically, if an accessory or ensemble makes you feel like your most authentic self, don't be afraid to spotlight it in photos that will last a lifetime.
