L'Unique MUA

I love when I get to be creative with other creatives. The session below was for one of my makeup artists, Leigh Whitehead. She came to me and wanted to do some makeup pictures for the banner of her new website: www.luniquemua.com (if you haven’t checked it out you NEED to!).  We used two models to do these looks, both of which are naturally BEAUTIFUL but with a little bit of makeup are really STUNNING. We played around with different styles with both of them.  In the end my favorite image is really an “outtake” of one of them laughing. I think you will agree ;)

As a side note, Leigh uses airbrush foundation for the perfect camera-ready foundation, especially for our Senior High School Photo sessions. Then she works on creating amazing eyes, contours cheeks with blush, and finishes the look with incredible lips to create an overall exquisite look! For all of our sessions, especially pageant headshots, senior photo shoots, and professional or business headshots, we highly recommend professional hair and makeup. This is NOT besauce people do not know how to apply makeup themselves, but it is because the makeup people use for everyday use is not designed for the HD cameras we use. Professional makeup is highly pigmented for use by the hot lights and unforgiving cameras used by professionals. Additionally, camera ready makeup is applied with more contouring than regular makeup and unless you do it all the time you are probably not used to it. Let our professionals put you at ease and take the stress off of your big day in the spotight.
